Return Terms

1. ALL returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, no exceptions. If a return is attempted after 30 days, American Blue Jeans will not accept delivery of the merchandise and may charge the customer for shipping costs to return the package.

2. All items must be returned with the original tags attached.

3. Under no circumstances will washed or worn products be accepted for return.

4. With all returns, the amount refunded will be equal to the original purchase price of the item(s) plus sales tax if applicable.

Return Instructions

1. Detach the Return Form and Return Label sections of the invoice sheet. Fill out the Return Form with the appropriate Reason and Method codes.
* For returns, the original credit card will be credited.

2. Pack the items and the completed Return Form in the original shipment
packaging.

4. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the Return Form. Attach the shipping label that was provided with your original order. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items (if applicable). Please mail all returns and exchanges to:

American Blue Jeans recommends that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. American Blue Jeans assumes no responsibility for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries, please make sure all returns and exchanges are prepaid.

Return Status

Upon receipt of your return, it usually takes one to two weeks to process. After being processed, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Please be aware that is takes between 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
